Description

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for deepening strategic partner relationships by developing and executing annual campaigns, cross-selling initiatives, and integrated marketing programs. The position ensures timely and accurate delivery of all partner entitlements, maintains alignment with NAR branding standards, and uses the Partner Health Report to track engagement and performance. Working closely with the Director, this role applies customer experience (CX) best practices and leverages member journey maps and persona insights to guide storytelling and campaign messaging. Additionally, the role supports event activations, and special projects to maximize the value of each partnership.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly understand NAR’s capabilities and continually explore potential Partner integration and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Strengthen existing partnerships through proactively building annual campaigns and health report findings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all partner entitlements while adhering to NAR branding standards.
  • Track Partner engagement and campaign performance through Partner Health Report.
  • Execute special projects and event activations with Partners.
  • Support new partner onboarding.
  • Work with Sr. Manger to apply CX best practices to Partner Assets/Programs.
  • Leverage member journey maps and persona insights to guide Partner  campaign/messaging ensuring storytelling leveraged.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 year of experience in client relationship management, marketing, business development, or a closely related field.
  • Strong leadership skills that inspire collaboration, innovative thinking, and clear decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to identify opportunities and find solutions for continuous improvement.
  • A positive communicator who understands, when necessary, how to have hard conversations.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to travel up to 20% 

Compensation: $70,000- $85,000 
NAR provides comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision insurance.  
NAR is on a hybrid schedule and in the office 3 days a week.
