Position Summary:
The Education Operations, Specialist supports the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the Education team. This role focuses on the technical and systems side of education operations, serving as a knowledgeable resource for learning management systems, data reporting, and process improvements. This role serves as a primary resource for the learning management system and process optimization. This position will partner cross-functionally with education team members to drive system-related projects through to completion and will support the team through a period of significant transition.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for learning management system operations, including course completion workflows, system navigation, and process documentation (e.g., Docebo, RAMCO, and related platforms).
- Support and coordinate key education systems projects through to completion, including system updates, platform transitions, and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain data reports across education systems to support team strategy and leadership decision-making.
- Manage and improve manual processes related to course completions and roster updates, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency.
- Act as a reliable systems resource across the broader Education team, providing support and expertise as team structures and platforms evolve.
- Help communicate system updates and changes to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring team alignment on system capabilities.
- Assist with triaging incoming inquiries through the general team mailbox, ensuring timely routing and resolution as a secondary function of the role. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Education Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in systems administration, data reporting, or education operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a transitional, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to quickly adopt new platforms and tools.
