Position Summary:
The RRF Fundraising Manager will oversee the RRF giving programs to include annual giving association/corporate giving and planned giving working with the RRF staff team, Annual Campaign Committee and Foundation Board of Directors to achieve established fundraising goals. In addition, this role will be responsible for fundraising reporting, as well as working alongside the Executive Director and RRF team on initiatives and projects designed to increase RRF impact.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Fundraising- Meet all Board approved annual fundraising goals through existing and new channels that increase RRF awareness and donor participation.
- Implement a program designed to increase individual giving from REALTORS® to include recruitment and retention.
- Work with volunteers to manage portfolio of state and local association donors and establish methods to increase overall participation.
- Work with volunteers to identify industry organizations to cultivate relationships and increase support.
- Identify sponsorship opportunities and engage appropriate organizations for support.
- Manage donor recognition to build donor loyalty.
- Manage GiveSmart fundraising and text giving platform.
- Create and implement appropriate onboarding for donors to build trust and loyalty.
- Continually cultivate donors by keeping them abreast of how their support is impacting lives (via newsletter, email, social media, and NAR media outlets).
- Work alongside RRF Program Manager and NAR marketing to share fundraising achievements, donor testimonials, and giving opportunities designed to increase engagement.
Campaign Committee
- Serve as primary liaison to RRF Campaign Committee.
- Work with volunteer Fundraising Chair and Vice Chair to recruit new volunteers to Campaign Committee and provide onboarding, training and support.
- Work with volunteers to secure speaking opportunities at association meetings and Board meetings to share the RRF message.
- Provide information to volunteer speakers (presentation materials, exhibit materials) to prepare them for their speaking exhibiting opportunities on behalf of RRF.
- Manage NAR family of brands donations and recognition.
- Daily Review of e-commerce activity – alert IT of any fraudulent activity.
- Manage reporting and reconciliation of donations and gifts through NAR’s online database.
- Manage RRF items on Team Store and promote store to donors through all available outlets (website, newsletter, email, etc.).
Other
- Responsible for the collection of all donor and prospect information in the database to ensure accurate recognition.
- Working with Administrative Assistant to send donor kits/materials to volunteers representing RRF at meetings and events.
- Daily Review of e-commerce donation activity – alert IT of any fraudulent activity.
- Manage reporting and reconciliation of donations and gifts through NAR’s online.
- Attend conferences, events, and other networking opportunities, as assigned, to promote RRF programs and support.
- Oversee preparation and distribution of donor acknowledgment letters.
- Acts as liaison with, accounting department.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in managing fundraising initiatives.
- Knowledge of GiveSmart fundraising platform would be very helpful.
- Experience working with volunteers and volunteer leadership to drive fundraising.
- Goal-focused and driven to achieve meaningful results.
- Service-oriented approach focused on relationship-building.
- Experience and knowledge in managing complex programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management skills.

- Outstanding team and cross-group collaboration skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Dropbox would be beneficial.
- Experience with CRMs and other donor databases.
- Demonstrated ability to shape and lead initiatives.
- Ability to resolve conflict and problem solve effectively.
- Self-starter with an energetic, creative, and proactive attitude.

Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000
