Description

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Vice President of Asset Management & Financial Planning and the Director of Dues Compliance and REALTORS® Relief Foundation Services, the Program Finance Specialist will be responsible for audit review of disaster relief applications, construction payment draw requests, and association budget entry. Equally important is ensuring immediate response and delivering exceptional customer service to our local and state association partners for relief efforts; our construction team for draw requests; and association staff for budget support.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding disaster relief program
  • Provide support to relief effort team lead regarding application guidelines and core processes
  • Audit disaster relief applications to ensure proper procedures are being adhered to
  • Communicate findings of incomplete applications to local and state association management 
  • Timely review and approval of applications to ensure quick disbursement turnaround 
  • Reconcile charitable donation data entry and generate contribution and grant disbursement report
  • Provide administrative support with meetings and event planning
  • Review budget data entered by association staff, for accuracy and completeness and follow up with staff where appropriate
  • Audit progress draws submitted by our construction manager, submitted for reimbursement
  • Effectively communicate discrepancies in the payment application packet to the construction manager
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years' related experience
  • High attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office -- Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional communication skills-- verbal, written, and presentation
  • Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills with a high level of response to all inquiries
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Experienced at working independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment
  • Ability to work with and report to multiple managers
