Position Summary:
The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) is seeking a Director, Member Training and Broker Services to create strategies, expand programs, and educate our members at the national level. This individual will have the opportunity to be seen not only as a thought-leader but also as a driver of positive change in the national landscape.
As the Director of Member Training and Broker Services, you will lead and implement strategic initiatives to engage and connect with real estate brokers as well as prepare our members to be well-trained business professionals. This role oversees multiple award-winning training programs, broker-focused committees, and NAR’s Financial Wellness program.
We are looking for a distinguished, influential association executive to spearhead key initiatives in the areas of training, real estate brokerages, financial literacy and to oversee multiple governance programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and drive training strategies that effectively drives professional, innovative, and ethical REALTORS
- Oversee the direction and pathway for NAR’s broker committees and consider how it complements the overall NAR broker goals and resources.
- Identify and develop innovative financial wellness training content and programs using evaluations and feedback to focus on improvements.
- Oversee strategic direction and growth of NAR’s Professional Development Committee and Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) credential
- Keep a finger on the pulse of emergent trends and member needs to relay those needs to leadership.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to NAR leadership in the area of financial wellness trends, best practices, and opportunities.
- Increase member engagement on topics of professional development, financial wellness, and broker programs.
- Maintain integrity with respect to NAR's direction, leadership, mission, vision, and values.

Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in association management, professional development, or related roles.
- Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent and demonstrated interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives and manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
- In-depth understanding and demonstrated experience cultivating online communities, best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Proficient understanding of marketing campaigns, content, and messaging.
- Ability to travel up to 30%
