Position Summary:

As the Strategic Alliance Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving REALTOR Benefits Program® (RBP) business partner marketing strategies from project initiation and post-launch phase through relationship lifecycle. You will operate as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to your partnership book of business and will work in collaboration across other businesses within the Strategic Business, Innovation & Technology (SBIT) Group and the National Association of REALTORS® to bring best in class products & services and added value to NAR members. This position will report to the Director, Partner Integration, and Association Advocate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day business partner interactions, including onboarding and acting as primary point of contact for RBP partners
  • Deliver business partner contractual commitments, planning, and marketing initiatives while ensuring NAR branding/compliance standards
  • Provide leadership team with weekly & monthly reports, including partner financials/invoicing, ad program participation, and marketing promotion KPIs
  • Manage recurring performance evaluations on usage of partner’s products/services, program adoption, penetration, business growth, and potential business development opportunities
  • Develop agenda, schedule, and facilitate quarterly conference calls/meetings with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Strengthen existing partnerships by understanding NAR’s capabilities and proactively suggesting tailored approaches for growing book of business

Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years’ experience in client management and ability to execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness for clients/partners’ products and services
  • Strong collaborating experience with vendors, internal resources, and corporate clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent ability to articulate a company’s value proposition
  • Strong written and verbal skills with ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels of an organization
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Experience or knowledge of the residential real estate industry preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-20%
