Title:Senior Producer
ID:1137
Location:Chicago, IL, Washington, DC

Description

This position can be located in either the Chicago, IL or Washington, DC office

Position Summary:

Spread your creative stamp all around!  NAR is assembling a Video Content team of creative thinkers and doers. From concept, to shoot day, to edit, to final delivery, the Senior Producer will guide the creative process through storytelling. This role will write and create content that tells the story of who REALTORS® are and how the National Association of Realtors® supports their vision.

A proactive and independent lead, you’re generous with ideas, yet open to creative direction and input from above and below. You share information and knowledge to help budding teammates learn and grow in their roles. Preparation and organization are the cornerstones to your project management style because you understand that things outside of your control will happen (that last-minute addition to your shoot day, the one asset you need to wrap your edit ,not yet available), but you’re resourceful and make it work. And when something happens that falls short of what’s expected, you own it and move forward. But, most importantly you have a highly creative, “yeah-maybe,” attitude.

  • Manage production budgets; hiring of small crews and invoice process
  • Collaborate with team to build a vast b-roll and photo library to support future video content
  • Work with Creative team to develop Content Calendar, video and photo library
  • Work in tandem with Marketing, Communications and Events teams to execute cohesive creative and communication across multiple platforms.
  • Juggle multiple deadline-driven projects with flexibility
  • Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:
