Position Summary:

The REALTOR Association Management System Co-Operative (RAMCO) is seeking a new team member advise and guide a wide variety of associations by ensuring they gain business value from Dynamics CRM. This position will serve as a trusted point of contact for RAMCO’s key customers throughout the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption and in-depth training. Your role is specifically will challenge you to take complex tasks and break them into instructional sets that are easy for lay users to understand.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing training content and identify areas for improvement
  • Design learning objectives for new and existing RAMCO users
  • Leverage best practices and share knowledge between customers
  • Create digital course content to onboard new users and existing users
  • Craft learning paths that appeal to the different roles within a REALTOR association
  • Design assessments (quizzes, activities, etc) that gauge user comprehension of the material
  • Host regular online training sessions, multiple times per week, for new and existing RAMCO users
  • Assist with onsite implementation of new RAMCO associations, as-needed
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders
  • Research and recommend additional methods of instruction based on new capabilities in online learning
  • Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2016 or later)
  • 3+ years experience designing course material for large, cross-functional software or similar topic
  • 3+ years experience creating assessments to gauge learning retention and effectiveness
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience with at least one current LMS for designing online courses
  • Basic screen-capture, video recording and editing ability (record and edit screencast for time and clarity)
  • Basic HTML knowledge (formatting, embedding digital content)
  • Basic CSS knowledge (editing classes, applying styles)
  • Ability to write clear and concise instructional material
  • Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation
  • Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills with a high level of response to all inquiries
  • Ability to travel for up to 5 days at a time
