Position Summary:

The Fundraising Coordinator provides high-level administrative support as a member of the RPAC fundraising team by working closely with the RPAC & Political Fundraising Director and team members to raise approximately $33 million annually for the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC). The Coordinator manages relationships and programs that generate RPAC investments through direct and proactive interaction with our state and local associations and REALTORS® across the country.

The ideal candidate has outstanding organizational and time-management skills with strong written and verbal communications skills and emphasizes proactive outreach with a customer service-friendly attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish and coordinate major investor fundraising events through extensive collaboration with state and local associations and other affiliate entities
  • Coordinate efforts with association staff and work with key individuals to develop an engagement strategy that supports the association’s fundraising goals
  • Provide detailed reporting of all major investor fundraising efforts which are tracked in the PAC Management System software database
  • Identify opportunities for major investor fundraising through existing and/or enhanced association relationships
  • Plan and execute logistics for team meetings and events
  • Assist with RPAC correspondence, communications and fundraising program management
  • Support the RPAC & Political Fundraising Director
 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to plan and implement fundraising events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; specifically managing and manipulating information using database software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Must be team oriented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse audiences at all organizational levels
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
