Position Summary:

NAR’s subsidiary, REALTORS® Information Network (RIN), is looking for a high-level Corporate Partnerships Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Vice President of RIN and Strategic Initiatives, the Corporate Partnerships Manager will be responsible for proactively acquiring new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential partners to explore long-term business opportunities and managing existing partnerships, conceptualizing strategies to market and sell .realtor and .realestate domains, negotiating business terms, achieving revenue goals, and collaborating on targeted communications strategies. This candidate is a “go-getter”- well-spoken, proactive and leads with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Focus on acquiring new strategic partnerships and revenue streams through active prospecting
  • Prospect actively for new business opportunities within the existing, known organized real estate structure (NAR Family, brokerages, franchises, lenders & mortgage companies)
  • Develop and implement strategies to market and sell .realestate domains and products outside of the current market structure
  • “Cold Calling” to arrange meetings and presentations
  • Develop and present detailed business proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals
  • Expand relationships with existing customers and partners, driving new revenue
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets and other strategic goals
  • Conceptualize new business models and creative approaches to increase Top Level Domains (TLDs) revenue
  • Monitor competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
  • Track and report business development strategy and activities
  • Attend events, conferences, and other meetings
  • Other duties, as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 5 years’ experience in related Business Development and/ or Corporate Partnership position
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology in general and specifically in TLDs
  • Proven success in closing deals and driving revenue through key relationships with key industry players and other Fortune 1000 level companies
  • Natural relationship builder
  • Poised business development veteran who performs well under pressure
  • Results oriented with high attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to think in innovative ways to find solutions to problem
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office—Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation
  • Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills with a high level of response to all inquiries
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
