Position Summary:

This role serves as the central liaison between external sales teams and NAR stakeholders to ensure seamless, high-quality client experience. The position oversees the fulfillment of partner entitlements, enforces brand and content compliance, and supports the execution of sponsorships across both managed and non-managed events. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory and website content, compiling performance reports for sales partners like MCI and SmartBrief, and ensuring all deliverables align with contractual and organizational standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the central point of coordination between external sales and NAR stakeholders to support consistent and high-quality client experience.
  • Conduct internal and external Partner research and audits across exhibiting, sponsorships, and paid placements to assess performance, alignment, and optimization opportunities
  • Compile and distribute internal partnership reporting on sales and campaign performance to NAR and internal stakeholders, providing insights and metrics to advertisers as required
  • Own event communications and experience delivery, including pre-event, onsite, and post-event execution, ensuring partner and attendee experience standards are met
  • Ensuring all content, materials, and activities complies with brand guidelines, legal standards, and content policies.
  • Overseeing the fulfillment of all program entitlements and deliverables as outlined in partner agreements.  Directly work with NAR stakeholders to execute on entitlements. 
  • Monitoring non-MCI managed events to secure paid sponsorships and maintain alignment with organizational standards and expectations.
  • Compiling and distributing performance reports to MCI and SmartBrief, offering insights and metrics to advertisers as required.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory and website content to reflect current offerings and availability.
  • Provide quality assurance by coordinating across internal teams, external sales, and purchasing companies to ensure consistent and compliant client experience.
  • Develop and maintain the NAR Success Brief that outlines contractual obligations, content, and sales details; ensure it is distributed to all executing teams. Serve as project owner to provide updates, clear any obstacles to complete, and keep partner and stakeholders informed throughout execution.  Escalate as needed. 
  • Other duties, as assigned.   

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner operations, sales coordination, marketing fulfillment, or client services
  • Experience working with external sales teams, vendors, or sponsorship/advertising clients
  • Familiarity with member-based organizations or association environments is a plus
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to track multiple deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Experience managing fulfillment of contractual entitlements and coordinating across multiple teams
  • Proven ability to manage and maintain accurate content inventories, calendars, and reporting
  • Ability to serve as a cross-functional liaison and manage communication between sales, clients, and internal departments
  • Ability to interpret and compile performance reports and metrics to inform stakeholders and partners
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented


Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000
NAR provides comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision insurance.
NAR is on a hybrid schedule and in the office 3 days a week.
