Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Member Training and Broker Services, the Program and Engagement Manager will support the Member Development mission of advancing the professionalism and relevance of REALTORS® worldwide through meaningful learning experiences, credentials, and programs.

The Program and Engagement Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the program, while recommending and executing growth strategies of the award-winning Commitment to Excellence Endorsement (C2EX). C2EX is a cutting-edge professional development program aimed at enhancing the level of professionalism in the real estate industry. C2EX provides enhanced learning in twelve different competency areas ranging from ethics, advocacy, technology, data privacy, outstanding client service and more.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research and recommend creative program growth strategies. Work with the Director to execute on those strategies, including guidelines, timeframe and budget development.
  • Identify and manage program goals and success metrics.
  • Track education trends, both inside and outside of our organization.
  • Manage tradeshow presence for program, booth logistics, and sponsorships. 
  • Create social media engagement strategies and private Facebook group.
  • Ensure the member experience is first-class.
  • Collaborate on program growth strategies with internal business units such as Legal, Events, Marketing, Communications, IT, Advocacy, as well as external organizations such as state and local REALTOR® associations/boards and NAR affiliate organizations.
  • Maintain and update course content.
  • Serve as Staff Executive for the Commitment to Excellence Committee.
  • Manage member/customer service.
  • Work with Director to manage and track budget for program expenses & revenue. 
  • Communicate with program developer for updates to the platform.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and association management is a plus.
  • Understanding of education best practices, trends, and technologies related to real estate communities.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism and poise when interacting with committee leaders, members and individuals at all levels within the Association.
  • Results-oriented with high attention to detail, ability to multi-task, respond quickly and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient understanding of marketing campaigns, content, and messaging.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. 
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
Compensation: $80,000-$98,000
