Description

Position Summary:
Member Service Coordinator reports to Director, Designations and Certifications, Member Development, and provides exceptional customer service to members.


Number of Vacancies: 3

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage, prioritize and respond to inquiries and requests from members and course sponsors
  • Answer phones and respond to emails regarding designations and other credentials as assigned
  • Maintain continuous open lines of communication with team to resolve issues and concerns
  • Assist members, students and designees in understanding the process and benefits of earning the designations
  • Provide assistance on processing credit cards and checks, and liaise with finance on income batches to make sure all payments are recorded in the database (RAMCO)
  • Perform daily updates on members’ records as necessary including students, class rosters, phone call logs, application payments and course information while monitoring technical issues
  • Resolve issues with returned mail
  • Promote NAR designations and certifications by traveling to trade shows and conference as assigned (2/year)
  • Other duties, as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Results-oriented with high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to think in innovative ways to find solutions to problems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office—Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation
  • Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills with a high level of responsiveness to all inquiries
  • Database entry, management and reporting skills
