Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and completion of projects across multiple teams. This role ensures that project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. The coordinator acts as a liaison between stakeholders, manages documentation, and assists with scheduling and resource allocation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist in planning and organizing project activities, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including meeting notes, status reports, and action items.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring clear and timely communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-up actions.
- Resource Coordination: Monitor resource allocation and escalate issues to the project manager as needed.
- Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and dashboards for leadership review.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Other Duties: Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management methodology and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualification:
- Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, or similar)

NAR is on a hybrid schedule and in the office 3 days a week.
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000
